These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tunoria's services, including the Tunoria website, applications, and APIs (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Tunoria Listening License (the "TLL") incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms are the public service terms presented during account creation and from your account and help surfaces. Tunoria may update them as the Service changes, and the effective date above identifies the version currently shown in the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
2. The Tunoria Listening License (TLL)
Each track sold on Tunoria is delivered to you as a Tunoria Listening License, a perpetual, transferable license to that track. Your full rights and limitations under the TLL are set out in the TLL terms document, which forms part of these Terms.
3. License custody and export
Tunoria maintains the system record for issued licenses and keeps that record available to your account. Eligible licenses can be exported through the License export flow when export is available for that license type.
4. Artist content and copyright
Artists are solely responsible for the content they upload. Tunoria responds to copyright takedown notices under the DMCA — see our DMCA Policy.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
6. Account termination
You may request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, including:

impersonation of another artist or person;
•
uploading content that infringes copyright;
•
using the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunoria's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Tunoria in the twelve months preceding the claim, and (b) one hundred US dollars.
