1. What we collect

Account: email address, display name.

Authentication: hashed password and secure session identifiers.
•
License custody identifiers used to issue and service your licenses.
•
Purchases and licenses you own.
•
Playback events (which tracks you played, when, for how long).
•
Playlists, follows, and saved-track activity.
2. Who we share data with
We share the minimum necessary data with:

Stripe (payments and artist payouts);
•
Neon (managed PostgreSQL database);
•
Upstash (managed Redis cache);
•
AWS S3 + CloudFront (audio storage and delivery);
•
AWS MediaConvert (audio transcoding).
3. Your rights
Under the GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws, you have rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can:

request a JSON export of your data from account settings;
•
request account deletion (a 30-day grace window applies);
•
contact privacy@tunoria.com for any other request.
4. Cookies
On the web, we use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking.
5. Children
The Service is not intended for users under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@tunoria.com.
